Solution

Zyber Zing designed and built a progressive web app that gives the client’s readers a fast, app-like experience directly in the browser.

Built with React and service workers, the app caches previously read articles for offline access and loads new content quickly even on slower connections.

A Node.js and PostgreSQL backend powers the editorial publishing workflow, with Elasticsearch-backed search making the article archive easy to browse.

Publishing, search, and notifications run as separate services, so breaking news alerts can go out to readers without affecting the performance of the core reading experience.
